We observed a satisfactory delivery process. The tracking number was provided clearly, with easy access to the tracking app and detailed information regarding the status of our order. The delivery time was respected, with the order arriving within 7 days. The package arrived in good condition. On the day of delivery, we were able to track the package's progress in real time via the online tracking system and monitor the delivery driver's route on the map.
