That's why we've put in place an independent evaluation protocol, based on a clear methodology, to ensure that our assessments are as reliable and consistent as possible.
Our aim: to help consumers make informed decisions by highlighting products that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
From the product sheet to actual use, we evaluate every stage of the customer journey.
About the Saferbuy badge
The Saferbuy Badge is only awarded to products that have met all the criteria of our internal evaluation protocol.
It constitutes neither a commercial guarantee nor a regulatory or medical endorsement, but reflects the result of an independent assessment based on the elements available at the time of testing.
Each product is analysed on our premises according to a rigorous methodology, including :
- conformity between advertised and actual characteristics,
- Customer experience (delivery, packaging, customer support, etc.)
- consistency between online product presentation and actual user experience.
📌 Please note: the results published represent the state of the product as received and tested on a given date. They do not constitute permanent validation, and may no longer reflect the evolution of a product or brand.

Saferbuy is an independent organization:

- Our reports are objective, rigorous and well-documented.
- The award of a Saferbuy badge is never guaranteed, even in the case of a paid service (audit, assessment, etc.).

For consumers
The French SaferBuy Institute carries out in-depth tests and certifies products and services. These services are entirely free of charge for the end user.
Our detailed test reports are available at any time on our website. Consumers can verify the authenticity and validity of our seals by using our license search tool verified on our website (enter the brand's license number and observe the tests performed).
The institute is 100% funded by its own resources, and is therefore totally independent of retailers and manufacturers. Funding is provided by a Customer Experience Audit fee and a license fee prepaid before the start of the test. This guarantees impartial evaluation. We receive no commission on brand sales.
