Unlike the Original I version we reviewed in August 2024, this Original II version incorporates a layer of pocket springs in place of one of the foam layers. This change has been designed to improve air circulation throughout the mattress, contributing to better temperature regulation. What's more, the addition of these pocket springs also enhances the durability of their mattresses.

À la différence de la version Original I que nous avions examiné en Aout, sur cette version Original II, nous observons que la marque a remplacé une couche de mousse par une couche de ressorts ensachés afin de maximiser la circulation de l'air permettant une meilleure régulation de la température.

Nous avons reçu ce matelas Original II pour une épreuve pratique et l’avons évalué avec soin. Saferbuy est un institut de test indépendant. Nous ne percevons aucune commission sur les ventes des produits évalués. Nous avons observé un processus de livraison satisfaisant. All in all, the Original II mattress is a well-thought-out product that is both qualitatively and ingeniously convincing. Installation was quick and easy, and the side straps make it easy to move and handle. What's more, the mattress cover is removable and machine washable.

Getting in touch was very easy, on the brand's website there's a chatbox at the bottom right, which starts with a questionnaire generated by Artificial Intelligence. Then we are redirected to a customer support person who is a real person, who answers all our questions and can even guide us in our choice of mattress. This person asks us questions to help us choose which mattress would suit us best.
During our evaluation, we contacted Emma's customer service by phone. There was no waiting, and we were immediately able to speak with an advisor who answered all our questions clearly and in detail. He gave us pertinent advice and confirmed the 100-day trial policy. We particularly appreciated the professionalism of the person we spoke to, who was able to provide us with precise and useful information, which greatly facilitated our approach.
Emma is fully committed to the durability of its products, justifying a 10-year warranty after extensive testing. This guarantee testifies to their confidence in the quality of their mattresses and their commitment to their customers. As for the 100-night trial, simply contact their support team to initiate a free return if the product is not suitable.
