Protection: excellent. The packaging perfectly fulfills its mission: no marks, no moisture, no deformation of the textile. For a lot of white towels, even the slightest stain upon receipt is a major irritant: here, the protection is impeccable.
Durability: improvable. The decrease in score is due to plastic over-packagingnoted (environmental impact) ;
The brand is generally in a “clean and efficient” logic, but could still simplify and better align the batch to optimize impact and perceived experience.

The presence of a complete label (care + composition + origin) is a appreciated point of transparency, especially for towels advertised as “reusable.”
