Highly protective packaging suitable for online sales. The two pillows are compressed in plastic bags.
The main area for improvement concerns reducing plastic and adding some information to the product label to promote a clear understanding of how to care for the pillows. Addition of the words “Do not machine wash” and/or “Hand wash.”
Information regarding product maintenance is provided in more than 5 languages.
The opening experience is smooth and meets our expectations; we do not notice any unpleasant odors.
