We tested the Withings Body Scan scale purchased on Amazon as a mystery shopper.
Presented as a connected scale “to improve your health,” it highlights: body composition analysis (fat, muscle, water mass, etc.), electrocardiogram, monitoring of “nervous health” and “cardiovascular risk,” weight accuracy “to within 50 g,” Wi-Fi synchronization, and “one-year” battery life.

We made an anonymous purchase of this Withings body scan connected scale via Amazon in March 2026 and through their own Withings site in August 2026. As an independent testing institute, we carefully evaluated this product from ordering to usage.
It is important to note that our evaluations are in no way influenced by brands. Brands pay for an audit of their customer experience and for the use of our trust badge, but are not informed when we place an order.
Our assessment covers the entire customer journey, from product presentation to delivery and receipt. We also analyze packaging, user experience, and after-sales service, while assigning a value-for-money rating compared to other players in the market.
